Description :: Salary: MYR 5500 - 7000 (MNC, 5days)

1) Responsible for monthly management reporting (Magnitude reporting)
- Including headcount report / Activity report / Stock report / Financial report (BS &PL) / Cost center report / Investment report
2) Responsible for factory cost related AP incl raw material and packaging material
- Book-keeping of factory cost related AP (including Raw material Cocoa and non- cocoa, Packaging material, Intercompany etc)
-Prepare amortization / payroll booking etc for monthly closing
3) Responsible for Inventory monitor and related costing analysis
- Monitor stock status and assist with all stocktaking related process
- Update and maintenance standard cost or WAC/FIFO cost, review and analysis standard cost variances if relevant
- Calculating FIFO, Humidity, stock variation, Logistic cost etc for monthly closing
- Calculating cocoa bean purchasing cost and analysis (if relevant)
4) Responsible for Capex and fixed assets review / check
- Maintain fixed assets register & depreciation and related GL entries
Requirements :: - Must be at least Bachelor degree in accounting / Accountant qualification certificate holder
- Familiar with SAP is preferred
- At least 5 years experience in accounting in a MNC manufacturing company
- Proficient with Microsoft office knowledge
- Honest, integrity, trustworthy, critical thinking, smart working
- Hands-on knowledge and experience in manufacturing cost accounting.
- Able to work in a fast pace environment & ability to meet tight deadlines
- Willing to work under pressure and to assume additional responsibilities
- Self motivated, proactive, responsible, carefulness and team work
