- 1) Accounts Payable
a) Review and verify invoices and check requests
b) Sort, code, and match invoices to receipts and PO and enter invoices into SAP system
c) Prepare and process payments via electronic transfers and checks
d) Monitor cash flow at various banks
e) Prepare debit notes and credit note to and from vendors
f) Sorting and filing of documents
g) Reconciliation of vendor statement to AP balances
h) Liaise with vendors and buyers regarding invoices, payments and supporting documents queries
i) Ensure timely payment to vendors
j) Complete vendor creation form for non-PO vendors
k) Handle AP audit confirmation
2) Petty cash
Handling of petty cash reimbursement in MYS
3) Employee Expense claims
To check and process Employee Expense claims for Malaysia staff.
4) Month-end closing
Do closing for AP modules
Prepare journals and AP reconciliation for month-end
5) GST Reporting
To prepare monthly GST returns for Malaysia entity
6) Support and assist superior in all other ad-hoc assignments. - Requirements :
- • Knowledge of accounts payable
• knowledge of general accounting procedures
• knowledge of SAP or similar
• proficient in data entry and management
• 3-5 years accounts payable or general accounting experience
• STPM or SPM levels or Diploma type - Lowest Qualification :
