Description :: •Ability to prepare monthly and annual full set of accounts and reports for submission to Registrar of Companies and auditors.
•Review of monthly accounts of property management.
•Monitor cash flow position and collections.
•Liase with bankers, auditors, tax consultants and company secretary.
•Prepare quarterly GST return accurately and timely.
•Perform any other duties assigned by the management from time to time.
Requirements :: •Minimum LCCI Higher or Diploma in Accounting/Banking or equivalent.
•Minimum 5 years of working experience preferably in consultancy or service industry.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office and MYOB.
•Responsible and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
•Pleasant personality and good communication skills in English.
