Description :: - Handle full set of accounts.
- Take charge of daily financial operation and cash flow management.
- Responsible for accurate and timely submission of monthly/quarterly management and financial reports.
- Preparation for tax computation and submission of tax to Inland Revenue.
- Preparation for audit at end of financial year.
- Assist in financial forecasts and budget preparation.
- Other job responsibilities assigned from time to time.
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
- At least 4 years of working experience handling full set of accounts of a property developer. Candidate without the above academic qualification but with more than 6 years of working experience in similar position will also be considered.
- Experience in preparation of consolidation accounts wii be an added advantage.
- Good written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Hands on experience in using UBS accounting system and MS Office application software.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to interact as a team player and work independently with minimum supervision.
