Description :: • Lead the accounting department, including but not limited to supervision of the staff, performance appraisal resources planning and etc. and supervising the accounting team on various encounter during the daily work and heavily involve in problem solving.
• Oversea, manage and prepare the property development division’s companies and projects accounting records, systems, controls and procedures to enable efficient cost accounting and reporting for analysis and budgeting purposes.
• Apply accounting principles and procedures to analyze financial information, prepare accurate and timely financial reports and statements and ensure appropriate accounting control procedures.
• Manage and build a successful business relationship with all key accounts assigned.
• To review and maintain financial / accounting records in compliance with statutory requirements.
• To prepare detailed financial and management analysis, budget, profit and cash flow projections with particular emphasis on timeliness and accuracy.
• To liaise with both internal and external parties including financial institutions, auditors, tax agents, tax authorities, company secretaries, government bodies for statutory and legislative requirements.
• Identify opportunities and avenues to grow market share & revenue.
• To undertake other ad-hoc corporate assignments as may be required from time to time by the management.
Requirements :: • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Exposure to local accounting standards and taxation law is essential.
• Required skill (s) : performing all task necessary to achieve the organization goals;
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills to communicate confidently, effectively, and diplomatically at all levels.
• Working experience in rubber glove or rubber industry will be an added advantages;
• Strong management and leadership skills on the ability to drive the organization;
• Ability to work under pressure and to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and independently;
• Proactive and able to work effectively within multi-functional and cross-cultural team;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Overseas travelling will be required.
