Description :: - Candidate should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/ Finance or professional qualification (ACCA/ CPA/ CIMA) or equivalent
- Be a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA)
- Hands on person who is able to lead and manage the Finance and Accounting department
- Good command of Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Good working knowledge of FRS, group accounting, GST & corporate tax matters
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience
- Prior working experience in both audit and commercial sectors will be highly advantages
- Possess high sense of responsibility and able to work within tight reporting deadlines
- Self starter with good interpersonal skills
Requirements :: - Oversee the daily financial functions of the Financial department;
Ensure the accounting record and system comply with financial policies and procedures;
- Prepare financial budgeting and performance report;
- Coordinate the closing of yearend financial statement and arrange for the yearendaudit
- Monitor the finalization of audited financial statements and filing deadline; Liaise with auditor, company Secretary, tax agents, lawyers, bankers and relevant- authorities;
- Analysis business performance/ results, providing feedback to the management;
- Any other adhoc function assigned by the management.
