Description :: • Oversee the daily financial functions of the Financial department;
• Ensure the accounting record and system comply with financial policies and
procedures;
• Prepare financial budgeting and performance report;
• Coordinate the closing of year¬end financial statement and arrange for the year¬end
audit
• Monitor the finalization of audited financial statements and filing deadline;
• Liaise with auditor, company Secretary, tax agents, lawyers, bankers and relevant
authorities;
• Analysis business performance/ results, providing feedback to the management;
• Any other ad¬hoc function assigned by the management.
Requirements :: • At least a Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
• 1 - 2 years of working experience in full sets of accounts is preferred but Candidates who is currently persuing Professional Certification, eg. ACCA, MICPA, AICPA, etc. is preferred.
• Candidate should be mature, accurate, honest, a team player and able to work independently.
• Computer literate, especially familiar with UBS Accounting Software and Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Must be able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Chinese.
• Preferably a within a short notice.
