- - Carry out account receivable activities such as billing, collection, payment allocation and etc;
- Process receipts, cash and adjustment;
- Prepare bank deposits;
- Reconciliation of accounts;
- Maintain and monitor customers' accounts and other irregularities;
- Investigate and resolve customers' queries;
- Organizing a recovery system and initiate collection efforts;
- Any other task as and when assigned. - Requirements :
- - Possess minimum Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent with at least 1 year of similar working experience or possess LCCI with at least 2 years of similar working experience;
- Candidates without the above qualification but with knowledge in accounts receivable and general bookkeeping procedures are encouraged to apply;
- Strong analytically skill, self-motivated and result-oriented;
