Description :: 1. Assist Accounts Department to perform general accounting transactions in preparation of reports, presentations and financial statements
2. Perform accounts receivables function ie. issue invoices timely and accurately to
customers
3. To liaise with customers on the periodical recurring maintenance contracts billing matters
4. Prepare AR reports
5. Constant monitor overdue and delinquent accounts and follow up closely with client on collection
6. Update collection status on debtors aging
7. Create debtors master data in the SAP B1 system
8. Monitor customer online e-procurement system
9. Handle petty cash reimbursement
10. Undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required
Requirements :: 1. Minimum LCCI or Diploma in Accounting / Finance or equivalent qualification
2. Preferably with 1 year relevant experience
3. Fresh graduates will be considered
4. Familiar with Microsoft Office
5. Good interpersonal skills and able to deal with customers / suppliers
6. Good with numbers,an eye for detail, hardworking
7. Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia
