1. Daily assist to compile all the sales person collection.
2. Daily assist to prepare the collection to bank.
3. Handling all Human Resources matters.
4. Preparing all supplier, service provided & others type payment exclude principal(Nestle, Yeo's, L'Oreal, Unilever) payment.
5. Checking all business units/ department monthly personal business claim.
6. Preparing sales person monthly, quaterly sales incentive & collection commission.
7. Checking on all 3rd party logistic monthly claim & expenses.
8. Handling on building & vehicle maintenance.
9. Preparing customer purchase order.
10. Processing new opening account. Follow up on the new opening customer account approval. Only apply for Nestle.
