Description :: -Handles full sets of accounts
-Process payment – Issue cheque, internet payment, raise payment voucher
-Consolidate staff claims, reimbursements and request on a weekly basis
-Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reports
-Cash flow planning
-Bank reconciliation
-Liaise with auditor and tax agent
-Setup & maintain proper filing system, ensuring all records is in proper order
-Perform administrative duties and other internal support when required
-Provide PA support to senior Management including coordinating of meetings / appointments, travel arrangement and reports
Requirements :: -Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
-Required skill(s): MS Office and UBS Software and / or MYOB
-Required language(s): English
-At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Applicants must be willing to work in The Garden South Tower.
-Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Finance General/
Cost Accounting or equivalent.
-Full Time position(s) available.
-Meticulous and able to work independently
