Description :: -Responsible of accounts receivable and/or accounts payable function to enable the company to receive and pay on time.
-Assist in coordinating and completing the month end and year end book close.
-Maintain and control petty cash payments and reimbursements and perform any other duties assigned from time to time.
-Assist in fixed asset and inventory management in financial book.
-Perform any other duties assigned from time to time.
Requirements :: -Degree or Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
-Familiar with both manual and automated accounting recording system and some exposure in Oracle an added advantage.
-Good in Excel
-Meticulous, patient, with good organizing skills.
-Responsible and follow through according to timelines agreed.
-High adaptability to changes and be able to work under pressure.
