Description :: -Coordinate company plan for project relating to corporate finance.
-Independently liaise with relevant parties to obtain corporate finance project, negotiate and recommend appropriate course of action.
-Develop business relationships and marketing strategies to help assist with further new business development opportunity relating to corporate finance.
-Perform other corporate finance related tasks as and when required.
Requirements :: -Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
-Minimum 8 years of relevant corporate finance experience, preferably playing substantial role in providing advice for corporate proposals involving IPOs and/or significant acquisitions.
-With Capital Market Services Representative License (CMSRL) in corporate finance, preferably eligible for Qualified Senior Personnel (QSP) designation.
-Able to work independently as well as in a team.
-Effective analytical and decision making skills.
-Good communication and interpersonal skills.
-High level of integrity, confidentiality and accountability.
-Good standing with regulatory authorities and a satisfactory work record.

JFAS commenced business on 26 May 1979, under the name of Lim and Hszieh Sendirian as an unlimited private company. On 15 March 1985, it became a private company and was renamed as Apex Securities. Apex was listed in BMSB on 1 August 1991, while on 5 March 1996, Apex Securities become known as JFAS. On 16 October 2000, JFAS opened its PJ Branch at Menara Choy Fook On, PJ New Town as part of its strategy to service its clientele within the vicinity of Petaling Jaya.
