Description :: - directly reporting to Managing Director & Board of Directors.
- leading the Finance, IT & HR and Admin, Inventory Control Departments.
- to review and set up the policies and procedures for the Company
- to identify the areas for improvement including the operations areas.
- to work together with the team to pass through the ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 audits.
- to work closely with IPO Consultant moving to the IPO goal
- to handle the company secretary issues for subsidiary companies.
- to handle the corporate tax & liase with the tax agents.
- to liase with relevant authorities such as IRB and MIDA for the application of tax incentive.
- to liase with statutory external auditors and other statutory bodies.
- to monitor the fund position of the Group.
- to liase with bankers on financing matters.
- to review the effectiveness of the ERP implementation & propose for improvements.
- to handle ad-hoc assignments given by Managing Director and Board of Directors from time
to time.
ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
- to revise company organisation chart and set up HR policies.
- to review & revise the corporate structure of the Group to eliminate unnecessary
documentations & transactions.
- to initiate the setting up of Bill of Materials from scratch for the implementation of ERP system
(stage 2).
- to work together with the team to pass through the ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 audits.
Requirements :: • Candidate must possess at least a Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Marketing or equivalent.
• Qualified MICP/ACCA/CIMA and a member of MIA.
• Wide exposure in audit, financial and other regulatory requirements
• Possess mature personality, strong leadership and able to work with all levels of staff in the organization
• Organization and assertive with the ability to manage multiple tasks and good time management skills
• At least 7 year(s) of working experience in manufacturing environment.
• Preferably Senior Managers specializing in Finance - Corporate Finance/Investment/Merchant Banking or equivalent.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
