Description :: - Arrange product testing
- Prepare document for SIRIM / ST application
- Planning forecast for MOL
- Creation of PR / PO
- Prepare shipping instruction
- Follow up shipment
- Liaise with finance on payment matters
- Resolve receiving errors issue
- Review stock purchase by monitor inventory
- Follow up quality issue with related department
- Negotiation for better price
- Handling of daily Care Line enquiries and complaints
- Handling of Customer Care Centre's walk in enquiries and complaints
- Issuance of Navision documents for all enquiries and complaints
- Arrangement of service items to be sent to HQ for repair
- To monitor and ensure settlement of case within 7 working days
- Handling of Live Chat enquiries and complaints
- Arrangement of documents to HQ
- Handling showroom & stock count
- To support other Responsibility Centre's backlog creation and posting of Navision documents (upon manager's approval)
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
- Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
- Strong language competencies in English,Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Possess a great attitude with good interpersonal skills and able to work with people at all levels.
- Computer literate
- Can work Independent and with group, willing to learn, proactive and initiative personality
