Description :: 1. Review royalty calculation supplied by end market, perform journal posting and reporting of royalty to ensure all royalties are reported and accrued accordingly.
2. Prepare and post journal entry to ensure journal posted is as per business rules established by end market or it is duly approved.
3. Perform GL reconciliations and follow-up on reconciling items to ensure all items are captured into the correct GLs.
4. Process daily bank statements to ensure all bank line items are posted and captured correctly to the books.
5. Prepare daily cash flow tracker to provide end market complete and accurate information on the overall cash position of an entity.
6. Perform bank reconciliations to ensure all reconciling items are promptly cleared and followed-up.
7. Maintain fixed assets register and process fixed assets transactions in accordance to company policy and accounting standards.
8. Perform analysis and clearing of balance sheet accounts to ensure accounts are clean and suspicious transactions investigated.
Requirements :: Experience/Skills:
-Exposure to planning and reporting & general Ledger. Good analytical skills. Good communication - the individual will be required to communicate with stakeholders in other BAT end markets.

Degree Preference:
-Accounting/business degree - min. Bachelors or Professional Finance related qualification like CIMA, ACCA, CPA, etc..
