Description :: 1. Manage daily accounting operations via accounting software
2. To ensure the bank reconciliation, invoices & receipts, account receivable and payable are performed in an effective and efficient manner
3. Verification & processing of supplier invoices, vendor account in the system, reconciled against supplier’s statement of account
4. Prepare quarterly GST reporting requirements to meet statutory obligation
5. Preparation of remittances and cheque payments to suppliers. To coordinate and monitor payment & collections
6. Ensure filling and documentations are properly recorded and updated.
7. Provide support to audit and tax reporting
8. Perform other accounting / finance / tax related duties or tasks as assigned from time to time
9. To liaise with company secretary, banker, lawyer, auditor, tax consultant & business partners
10. Perform other duties and ad-hoc assignments as and when required by the management
Requirements :: 1. Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate / LCCI, Diploma or Degree in Finance / Accounting
2. At least 2 years of relevant working experience
3. Ensure accuracy and data integrity of all financial data
4. Familiar with UBS system
5. Excellent work attitude, able to multi task and work independently
6. Meticulous and organized individual with a positive working attitude
7. Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
8. Good oral and written proficiency in English, able to communicate in Chinese is an added advantage
