Description :: - To handle full set of financial accounts (including AR/ AP/ GL/ Cash Book)
- To assist superior on the preparation of monthly financial statements and management report
- To perform monthly accounts verification & reconciliation, including banks, customers, suppliers statements & others
- To assist on the daily payment process and daily function of accounts department
- To liaise with external auditors to ensure completion of audit
- To ensure adherence to all regulatory compliance and internal control policies & procedures
- Other tasks which assigned by Immediate Superior
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in LCCI / Graduate Diploma / Professional qualification in accountancy or its equivalent
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in accountancy related fields
- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English or Mandarin
- Experiences with accounting software
- Computer literate with MS Office skill and expediency is preferable
- Working days: 5 1/2days with alternate Saturday
- Audit experience is an added advantage
- High ability to organize, plan, meet deadlines
- Able to work well under pressure
