Description :: - Handle full set of accounts and manage general ledger and monthly written reconciliation of balance sheet accounts.
- Able to handle full set of account, GST & admin issues.
- To ensure accounts payable, petty cash fund, bank reconciliation, journals and general ledger functions are performed in an effective and efficient manner.
- Prepare accurate financial report and handle administration works including payroll and human resource issues & prepare quotations, invoices & DOs.
- Responsible for monitoring accounting process and as well ensuring compliance with business controls measures in accordance with the company policies.
- Issue purchase order to suppliers, handle all issues relevant to warehouse and logistic.
- In-charge of financial planning and budget control, internal controls, tax and legal issues
Requirements :: - Candidate must posses at least a SPM, Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Professional accounting qualification or its equivalent.
- Have at least 2 years of experience in the related field is required for this position.
- We are looking for someone who is honest, trustworthy, reliable, independent and a resourceful problem solver.
Required language(s) : English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin will have advantage
