Description :: 1. To handle and monitor day to day operation cash flow positions
2. To prepare and plan a group forecast vs actual cash flow by weekly and monthly basis
3. To follow up debtors’ collection from customers, sales personnel and subsidiaries from time to times
4. To ensure sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements
5. To handle and evaluate customers credit exposure and creditworthiness
6. To develop and govern overall credit policy.
7. To handle and liaise with bankers related matters
8. Maintain positive banking relationships and credit rating agency relationships
9. To handle foreign exchange exposure and monitor interest costs incurred from time to time
10. To undertake other job responsibilities instructed by the superior from time to times.
11. Advice management on the liquidity aspects of its short-and long-range planning.
12. Maintain a system of policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of control over treasury activities
13. To support and fully implement effective ISO 9001 - Quality Management System, ISO 14001 – Environmental Management System, OHSAS 18001 – Occupational, Health &
safety System.

Requirements :: 1. Degree in finance/accounting or professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, MIA or equivalent)
2. Minimum of 5 years post qualification experience in credit control and cash management.
3. Integrity is an essential.
4. Extensive experience in preparing cash forecasts and cash flow analyses.
5. Experience in manufacturing industry is an advantage.
6. Attention to detail and accuracy.
7. Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills and a strong team player with high analytical and problem solving skills.
8. Able to work under pressure and multitasking.
9. Willing to adapt quickly to quick changes in direction.
10. Internally motivated to seek out answers, generate ideas and develop new skills.
11. Excellent oral and hand written skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
