- 1. Able to supervise & manage a team of more than 5 staff in the following area:-
a) Daily accounting operations i.e. payments & collections.
b) Accounts payable & reconciliation; bank reconciliation.
c) Accounts receivable & reconciliation.
d) Fixed assets management & inventory control & costing.
e) Finalisation of monthly management accounts for review, analysis and evaluation.
2. Hands on knowledge in Cash Flow Management
3. To assist in financial budgeting and forecasting, management and statutory reporting, internal controls, tax as well as review transactions and documentations
- Requirements :
- 1. Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Accounting, part Professional Accounting qualification or equivalent
2. With at least 10 years relevant experience, at least 5 years in supervisory level.
3. Proficient in MS Excel and account software (those with knowledge in ERP specifically Pronto System will be an added advantage)
4. Able to work independently with strong initiative, committed and also capable in working as a team to meet the timelines
5. A dedicated individual who is meticulous and maintains a high level of integrity at all times, with good leadership skills.
6. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. Ability to converse in Chinese language will be an added advantage.
7. Candidate must be willing to work in Subang Jaya
