Description :: 1. To identify and qualify new leads, business potential and market opportunities within SEA/MALAYSIA region.
2. Responsible for making sales calls to promote the company’s products and services.
3. New account development and customer management.
4. Demonstrate the values and benefits of our solutions for customers.
5. Develop project schedules, milestones and deliverables associated to customer’s project.
6. Translate customer requirements/projects into specific tasks for all functional areas and proactively capture, track and drive all issues to closure.
7. Communicate the issue status to the customer and internally within the engineering & manufacturing teams. Correctly represent the urgency of issue and escalate issues appropriately.
8. Work closely with the hardware and software engineering teams to drive technical issues to closure.
9. Regularly communicate the program/customer status and key issues to management.
Requirements :: 1. At least 3 years in Semiconductor Test Industry with a Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering.
2. Strong technical background and experience working with customers.
3. Proactive, energetic, resourceful and driven to succeed.
4. Highly motivated creative and result oriented.
5. High customer satisfaction /loyalty.
6. Always interested learning new skills and self improvement.
7. Fast learner & applies new skills effectively
8. Work as a term, wants the team to succeed and actively works to ensure that it happens
