- 1. To manage and oversee a full spectrum of accounting and finance functions, including group and subsidiaries' function in accounting/finance, credit control, treasury, budgeting/forecasting, taxation, legal/comapny secretarial management and any other ad hoc projects.
2. To prepare company's monthly/quarterly management accounts along with the consolidation of the Group accounts.
3. To liaise with external parties such as auditor, tax agent, bankers, authorities etc for the financial operation and corporate matters involving the Group of Companies.
4. To prepare of periodic and annual budget, forecast and projection of income statement and cash flow.
5. To formulate and review all operational processes/policies throughout the company to ensure appropriate controls are in place and compliances.
6. To supervise and monitor subordinate or carrying out any assignment and routine function.
7. Ongoing review of cost, proposal, evaluation of cost reduction opportunities
- Requirements :
- 1. Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
2. Required skill(s): ubs accounting system/stock control/payroll
3. Required language(s): Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia, English
4. At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
5. Applicants must be willing to work in TUANKU JAAFAR INDUSTRY ESTATE.
6. Preferably Senior Managers specializing in Finance - Corporate Finance/Investment/Merchant Banking, with manufacturing and public listed company background or equivalent.
7. Relevant experience in system review, management report, budgetary reports, financial analysis reports, draft operation manuals, consolidation account and implementation of computerized accounting.
8. Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines and able to perform multi-tasking duties.
9. Able to work independently.
10. Strong analysis and negotiation skill.
11. Strong leadership.
