- 1. To assist the Managing Director in the overall account management of the company and financial strategy specifically for the implementation of systems and controls.
2. To ensure the company observes all statutory, regulatory and other reporting requirements of the stakeholders.
3. To prepare monthly and yearly profit & loss account and balance sheet for management review and external audit purposes.
4. To participate in forecasting of cash flow and the annual budgeting process to ensure expeditious completion of the process.
5. To liaise with the internal / external auditors, tax consultant, bankers and company secretary to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
6. To ensure company policies, procedures and statutory legal requirement within the jurisdiction of account department are compiled by the managing director.
7. To compile and prepare the financial, statistical data from carious sources for preparation of relevant and timely management / statutory reports.
8. To prepare monthly salary.
9. To attend monthly stock check
- Requirements :
- 1. Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree, post graduate diploma, professional degree, Finance/Accountancy/ Banking or equivalent.
2. Experience in the manufacturing industry is an advantage.
3. At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position with experience in a managerial position emphasizing in preparing full set of account and budgeting.
4. Require skill(s): strong background in accounting, audit, cost management and compliance, strong leadership quality, communication and presentation skills.
5. Preferably managers specializing in finance – General /cost accounting or equivalent.
6. Preferably with AUTOCOUNT accounting & stock system knowledge
