Functional Tasks
- Manage and ensure timely booking of Shared Service Centre (SSC) accounting transactions.
- Manage and coordinate budgeting, planning and forecast for SSC operation
- Ensure transactions are processed according to the established processes, procedures, policies and legal and statutory requirements.
- Manage and track expenses related to SSC implementation and operating cost
- Perform chargeback / billing of SSC cost to Business Division’s based on agreed chargeback model on timely basis
- Prepare SSC business case cost variance analysis reports and analyze variances.
- Spearhead recruitment campaigns / initiatives, such as recruitment ad online.
- Perform paper screening & phone screening of candidates before forwarding to leads for consideration.
- Drive the overall recruitment & new hire administration (up to the point of return of all required documentations on the 1st day of work).
- Define or shape the HR procedures for New Joiners’ Orientation (NJO).
- Drive ongoing up-skilling and training of SSC employees
- Recommend solutions for continuous improvements opportunities within Service Management area in terms of book keeping and reporting.

People Management
- Develop and manage Finance and HR goals, work schedules and activities, back up procedures and staffing requirements to ensure coverage at all times.
- Ensure resource strategy is flexible enough to respond to demand variations.
- Facilitate the training and professional development across functional teams.
- Develop contingency plans to manage attrition.
- Establish goals and KPIs for Finance Accountant and HR Specialist.
- Provide leadership, coaching, counseling, training and guidance to the team so they can proactively carry out their role to the highest possible standard.
- Set performance objectives, and monitor and evaluate team members’ performance on a regular basis.
- Provide feedback and reinforcement to team members regarding development needs and opportunities, and secure resources to support development efforts.
- Create an environment that allows team members to grow and be continuously challenged 
Requirements :
- At least University degree or equivalent in a Finance, Management or HR related field
- At least 6 to 8 years of experience in Finance and Accounting function, of which 2 – 4 years are in a managerial level
- Demonstrated capability in business partnering, organizational effectiveness and strong working experience in areas of employee relations, talent development and total rewards
- Possess knowledge of the Malaysian labor regulations and human resources practices.
- Able to work independently in a fast paced environment.
- Possess strong communication, proactive and good interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia, both oral and written

PGEO Group is wholly owned by Wilmar International Limited, one of Asia's largest integrated agribusiness groups.

PGEO Group’s main activity is the manufacturing of edible oils. Its activities are vertically integrated, beginning with the conversion of crude oils into refined oil products to the marketing of these oil products in bulk, steel drums and consumer packs for the local and international markets. It has one of the largest refining capacities in the country with eight refineries in Peninsular and East Malaysia. Annually, PGEO Group refines more than 4 million metric tonnes of edible oils and about 90% are exported overseas to China, India, Unites States, EU countries, Middle East, Pakistan, Japan, Philippines, Australia and New Zealand.
