Description :: - To perform credit risk assessment and work within the credit policies and guidelines of the company
- Monitor, reduce long overdue debts through solving of issues/disputes/complaints by working with other divisions and proposing solutions to management/customer.
- Prepare day sales outstanding report and dispute list and liaise with sales and marketing department.
- Conduct periodic credit control review and meetings with customers and internal sales and operations teams.
- Check debit/credit notes ensure all receipts, debit/credit notes are updated correctly and timely in account receivable.
- Escalate account receivable issues and problems on a timely basis.
- Other ad-hoc arrangement as required for credit control function.
Requirements :: - Degree/Higher Diploma in Finance/Accounting/Banking or equivalent
- Must be able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Malay
- Good interpersonal, negotiation, mature and good communication skills
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably Managers specializing in Finance – General/Cost Accounting or equivalent
