•Handling & match Invoice/Delivery Order (DO) / Goods Received Note (GRN) to PO.
•Update accounts payable into ERP System and related filing.
•Prepare AP listing for payment, prepare cheque & match payment in ERP System.
•Assist Accounts Executive to prepare DN, CN and journal entries, as well as AR.
•Update monthly accounts schedule and listing (including fixed assets and depreciation).
•Participate in stock count and fixed assets tagging.  
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess LCCI or higher qualification
- At least 2 years of working experience
- Proficient in computerized accounting software
- Proficient in English, Chinese & Bahasa Malaysia is preferred
