Description :: •To prepare full set of accounts which including billing, manage the fund position of the company, issuing cheques, banking, prepare bank reconciliation and all works relate to the closing of accounts.
•In charge in analytical review of accounts and financial reports.
•To assist in tax planning, compute provision for tax and deferred tax, draft audited accounts, and liaise with Auditors and Tax Agents to ensure accounts and tax return filed in time and in order.
•Prepare, examine, and analyse accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
•Report to Management regarding the finances of establishment.
•Develop, maintain, and analyse budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs.
•To liaise with other departments and bank on the banking facilities, prepare documentation for bank.
•Prepare group return and any other ad-hoc assignment, e.g. prepare forecast, submission to Bank Negara and etc
Requirements :: •Degree in Accounting/ Professional Qualification, i.e. ACCA, CPA, etc.
•Minimum 4-5 years of relevant working experience.
•Well versed in Financial Reporting Standard, Tax rules & regulations and Bank Negara Malaysia compliancereporting requirements.
•Possess the initiate and is detail oriented with strong sense of responsibility and commitment to meet tight schedule.
•Independent, meticulous, self-motivated, team player and systematic.
•Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
•Experience with Audit firm would be an added advantage.
