Description :: •Responsible for the Accounts Receivable and Payables function of Golf Club
•To attend to members enquires and resolve any discrepancies thereof.
•To conduct consistent review of all accounts with reference to Account Receivable and Payables Ageing Analysis and to implement tight control over collection and payment.
•To issue debit note/credit note to receivable or payables account for any adjustment with approval from Assistant Finance Manager.
•Prepare payment vouchers and cheques to suppliers, staff claims, casual labour claim, government agency etc.
Requirements :: •Candidate must possess a minimum LCCI Diploma / Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or equivalent with credits in English, Mathematics and Accounts Principal.
•Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
•At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
•Able to interact effectively with all level of people.
•Possess positive working attitude, result-driven, independent & self-motivated.
•Ambitious and hardworking candidates.
•Aggressive, dynamic, independent and a good team player.
