- •Manage Audit Team and audit program in accordance with the audit plans and review audit reports prior to formal release
•Responsible for conducting risk-based operational, financial and compliance audits
•Ensure compliance with standard operating policies and procedures, and regulatory requirements
•Develop detailed audit plan, procedures and guidelines for the organization
•Coordinate work plans with external auditors to leverage on the work of the external auditors and provide added reliance and support for the external audit
•Provide internal control assurance by conducting review on the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls to mitigate operational risks
•Report directly to the Chief Internal Auditor on audit issues and provide value-added recommendations
•Undertake ad-hoc audit assignments from time to time
- Requirements :
- •Degree of professional qualification or equivalent preferably in accounting, finance, business administration or management, with MIA membership
•At least 5 years of relevant working experiences
•Those with auditing exposures in diversified industries are encouraged to apply
•Good command of both written and spoken English
•Must have high integrity, passion, diligence, perseverance, willingness and ability to work under pressure and deadlines
•Good interpersonal communication skills
