Description :: •Reports directly to the Finance Manager.
•Preparation of accounts in compliance with local accounting standards and tax regulations.
•Ensure timely and accurate financial and management information with KPIs and critical issues highlighted.
•Manage the preparation of business budgets for the hotel.
•Supervision of monthly and yearly - end accounts, cash flow projection, stock control and preparation of timely and accurate Management reporting.
•Responsible for the efficient and professional management of day to day accounting operations.
•Supervises the hotel's cash flow situation.
•Supervises revenue and journal entries from all accounting sub-sections especially those from the general cashier's office.
•Maintains controls on the costs of the different services, in particular the food and beverage cost.
Requirements :: •Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
•MUST have 5 year(s) of working experience in this field which is required for this position and hotel experience is a must plus able to handle full set of accounts and Cost Control functions.
•Applicants must be willing to work in Sungai Ujong.
•Preferably Managers specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
•Full-Time position(s) available.
•Must possess and display a high level of professionalism and personal integrity.
•Good leadership skills with the ability to supervise the accounting team.
•A team player with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
