Description :: •Full sets of account including AR,AP, GL and cash flow.
•Prepare purchase requisition and purchase order.
•Liaise with supplier and subcontractor.
•Verify delivery orders and invoices.
•Do monthly stock count.
•Prepare Pre-cal with the Engineers.
•Prepare invoices to customer and follow-up payment.
•Check purchase received from customer.
•Handle petty cash.
•Support and ensure compliance in internal and external audits.
•Liaise with external partiesincluding banker, tax agent and corporate secretary.
•Update fixed asset and invebtory listing.
•Perform checks on physical assets.
•Co-ordinate with forwader on delivery from supllier's from warehouse to site/office.
•Co-ordinate with the Engineer and prepare materials request form
•Other and ad-hoc duties which may assigned to.
Requirements :: •Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
•Required skill(s): Good Knowledge in Accounting.
•At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
•Applicants must be willing to work in Kelana Jaya.
•Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
•Full-Time position(s) available.
