- •Prepare monthly Management Report & Cash Flow Statement.
•Ensure timely and accurately produce management report, cash flow statement.
•Ensure all journal entries are processed in line with the month end schedule and all batches are posted to General Ledger.
•Process, review and resolve all issues relating to month end closing of accounts.
•Ensure validation of bank in slip (cash & cheque)
•Ensure timely and accurate reporting on daily collection comparison and bank balances
- Requirements :
- •Candidate must possess at least LCCI/ Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree or related certificates in Accounting.
•Required skill(s): proficient with accounting software, i.e. U8 Account Software
•Experience in Shipping industry will be an added advantage.
•Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
•Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage
•Applicants must be willing to work in Subang Jaya.
•Ability to work under pressure and meet accounting deadline
•Able to work independently with minimum supervision
•To undertake any ad-hoc assignments and related duties as and when required
•A team player who is self motivated
