Description :: •Create new scorecards and/or review existing scorecard models
•Work with vendor/management on scorecard management
•Credit assessment and evaluation for fleet customers
•Decision making on retail loan sum up to RM250K
•Perform credit evaluation and recommendation for retail loan sum exceeding RM250K
•Maintain credit policy and credit underwriting guideline
•Act as mentor for retail credit officers
•Maintain closely working relation with Asset Management department on risk management
Requirements :: •Bachelor Degree/Professional Qualification
•Minimum 5 years of working experience in corporate and retail risk management within the banking/auto-financing industry
•Candidate with experience and proven track records in the area of credit risk management, retail credit assessment. Credit review and corporate credit assessment
•Possess experience in credit scoring modelling process and has knowledge in credit scoring systems/mechanism
•Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken
•Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage
