- RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage day-to-day collection, work with target and deadlines and ability to handle multiple task
• Liaise with client on day-to-day Collection thru telecommunication (based in office) No field work requires.
• Able to work under pressure
• Work towards target given by Monthly basic
• Follow up and liaising to those account holders with the pending payments
• Able to work as a team player and able to understand call centre line or environment
- Requirements :
- REQUIREMENTS:
• Candidates must possess at least s SPM, STPM, Diploma in related field
• Above 25 years
• Computer literate (skills in Ms Office)
• Good negotiation skills and able to communicate effectively with customers in English, Malay and Mandarin
• Highly initiative and able to work independently with minimum supervision and pleasant personality
• Discreet & trustworthy in dealing with confidential information
• Working experience in credit recovery with any finance institutions is an added advantage, training will be provided for successful candidates
Remuneration and Benefits are:-
• Basic Salary up to RM2,000
• High Commission and incentives
