- Duties and responsibilities
1. Accounts Receivable (AR) maintenance
i) Checking and verifying all entry in AR-ACCPAC by weekly basis. Ensure the posting entry done on monthly basis.
ii) Checking all DN & CN book accordingly.
2. Verifying the general journal and standard journal in ACCPAC.
3. Verifying the Company stock quantity movement against the PT system WIP report.
i) Verify WIP & FNG report in spreadsheet.
ii) Verify WIP & FNG report in profit & loss spreadsheet in term of quantity.
iii) Verifying paste usage and clear stock after the stock take result, good chip in profit & loss spreadsheets.
4. COSTING
i) Update new part in costing spreadsheet and current unit selling price as advised by Planning Dept.
ii) Update unit selling price for new part in PT system.
iii) Update the part number and detailed in BOM system.
5 Preparation of cost or poor quality for every month.
6. Cost structure preparation-all product at monthly basis.
7. Generate through ACCPAC system for month end closing.
8. To carry out other ad hoc tasks when required.
9. To contribute in achieving the relevant quality and environmental objectives and goals set by management.
