- • Reviews and analyses financial and management reports and schedules.
• Participates in formulating business strategies and plans.
• Budget, forecast and cash flow projection.
• Tax planning, projection and compliance.
• Compliance of Accounting and Auditing Standards.
• Implements and maintains effective Internal Control and efficient business processes.
• Management of fixed assets and cash flow.
• Monitors stocks, debtors and creditors aging.
• Liaison with External Auditors, Tax Agent, Company Secretary, local authorities, banks, other financial institutions and etc.
• Other ad hoc assignments as and when required. - Requirements :
- • Preferably with experience in Big 4 Audit Firm and / or public listed company is an added advantage
• Good analytical, interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
• Possesses self-initiative, positive work ethics and good leadership qualities.
• Good command of English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia - Lowest Qualification :
